• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Service and install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, sump pumps, ejector pumps, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
• Repair water lines, drain lines, leaks, valves, and related plumbing components.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify code, safety, or performance concerns.
• Explain findings and provide homeowners with appropriate repair and replacement options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and complete service documentation using company software.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, local requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while protecting customers' homes.
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and other field teams to complete jobs efficiently.

• Previous residential plumbing service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, fixtures, and applicable codes.
• Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings and available options clearly to homeowners.
• Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work.
• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical work in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.

$22 - $38 an hour Competitive compensation including a lucrative hourly wage, commission, and bonuses.
