OverviewOperations/Research Analyst, Subject Matter Expert provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM);
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5
ISR) Center;
Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.
- Establish objectives and requirements. Develop budgets. Develop program/project standards and schedules.
- Monitor outside resources. Coordinate, review, and supervise the work of assigned staff. Review/oversee the preparation of all related documentation.
- Conduct program reviews, meetings, etc. Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Provide cost‑estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost‑analysis methodology.
- Prepare, develop and review program office estimates (POEs).
- Provide guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates.
- Conduct cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost‑saving efforts (e.g., Will/Should Cost initiatives).
- Prepare and review miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior‑level management.
- HS/GED, 10 years’ experience or military experience E7 and up.
- Possesses advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area to include systems engineering, network engineering, acquisition management, business process reengineering, specialty engineering (e.g., communications, systems safety, quality assurance, test and evaluation, human factors, reliability and maintainability, systems security, etc.), organizational planning, financial management, acquisition logistics, configuration and data information systems, and support or program management.
Manages a single systems acquisition program/project or major functional area. - TS/SCI clearance.
Salary Range: $114,842 – $139,947
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
