• Collaborate with the Adolescent Services team for each member to determine the recommended level of care and the most appropriate programs for outbound referrals.
• Document all member/family/referent interactions and obtain releases of information when necessary.
• Participate in all necessary meetings related to member care (support meetings, staff huddles, one on one meetings, etc.).
• Utilize goal planning with members and families to address needs.
• Attend community outreach events.
• Develop and execute a range of programs and activities that are appropriate for adolescents, including evidence‑based prevention programming.
• Regularly update program materials to reflect new trends, best practices, and feedback from members.
• Form community connections with outside providers to offer a wide range of programming.
• Communicate with the parents/guardians of clubhouse members to provide programmatic updates, announcements, and support.
• Provide transportation for members to and from the clubhouse and to and from clubhouse outings.
• Monitor program effectiveness and participant progress; gather data to assess outcomes and make improvements.
• Ensure youth participants complete their routine CRAFFT self‑assessments.
• Keep a record of student attendance and CRAFT assessment data necessary for grant reporting.
• Ensure all programming adheres to organizational policies and regulations to create a safe, inclusive environment.
• Follow mandated reporting protocols and procedures for Adolescent Services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Participate in the interview process for clubhouse staff.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for the clubhouse for members and community stakeholders.
• Be responsible for participation in the training of new staff in delivering program components effectively.
• Oversee and assist with day‑to‑day implementation of program activities, ensuring they run smoothly and on schedule.
• Delegate daily tasks throughout members of the department during each shift.

• Assume the role and approach of a peer support specialist when interacting with members.
• Discuss each member’s goals, strengths, and motivation while interacting in individual meetings.
• Assist adolescent peer specialists in conducting peer support groups with members as needed.
• Regularly attend the trainings and supervision necessary to obtain the CPRS or CPRS‑F credential.
