IT Support, HelpDesk/Support
Are you a hands-on IT Support professional who enjoys solving real problems, helping colleagues, and taking ownership in a fast-moving manufacturing environment?
At Dunlop Protective Footwear in Havre de Grace, you will be the go-to IT person for our US plant. From setting up laptops and supporting Microsoft 365 to troubleshooting network issues, helping production colleagues, and keeping local IT running smoothly: you make sure people can do their work.
This is not a corporate IT role where you disappear behind a ticketing system all day. You will work closely with colleagues on the plant floor, in the office, and with the Global IT team in the Netherlands. You will have a lot of responsibility, freedom, and visibility from day one.
If you are smart, service-minded, practical, and ready to grow, this is a great opportunity to build your IT career inside an international manufacturing company.
