Help Desk Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an IT Technical Support for a Contract opportunity with a client in Havre De Grace, MD (onsite).

Terms:

Rate Range: $26/hour to $28/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Title: IT Support tech

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and Service Now tickets.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices.
• Knowledge of ITSM/Service Now and ITIL.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• CompTIA A+ is a plus
