Mold Technician

Education Level None
* High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in mold maintenance or related mechanical trade.
* Knowledge of rotary injection molding preferred.
* Proficient in the use of milling machines, surface grinders, welding, and related shop equipment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is a plus.
* Basic computer skills for logging maintenance records and inventory.
* Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
* Must be able to lift up to 52 pounds regularly.
* Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
* Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform physical labor in a manufacturing environment.
* Tolerance for hot/cold conditions in a factory setting.
