Manufacturing​/Production​/Machine Operator

We're seeking motivated, dependable Operators to join our growing team in Havre de Grace. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment while developing valuable technical skills in a supportive, team-first environment.

✅ Set Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:15 AM
✅ Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Differential

• Monitor and operate production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor maintenance
• Conduct equipment changeovers and product setups
• Perform quality inspections and maintain production standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment
• Work independently and collaboratively to support production goals

✔ 18 years of age or older
✔ Ability to work 12-hour shifts
✔ Forklift experience preferred
✔ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to understand automated equipment and computer interfaces
✔ Reliable, organized, and safety-focused mindset
✔ Manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience is a plus
