The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner. This role ensures machines are functioning properly, production targets are met, and all safety and quality standards are maintained. Machine Operators play a key role in supporting production goals and maintaining operational efficiency.

• Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures and production schedules.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and product quality.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks to identify potential mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with machine changeovers and setup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.

This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Full-time; schedule may vary depending on plant needs
• 1st Shift: 6:45 am – 3:15 pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm – 7:15 am
• Overtime may be required based on production demands; including Saturdays.

The starting hourly rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.
