The Dialysis Registered Nurse is a self‑motivated professional who assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients in the Dialysis Unit. This role requires knowledge relative to the ages served in the unit.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment and patient safety

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
