Key Responsibilities:Provide high‑quality patient care in Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient progress, treatments, and medication administration accurately within the EMR system
Educate and advise patients and families on care procedures, health management, and safety measures
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring infection control standards are met
Adapt to rotating shifts (6a‑6p or 6p‑6a) and work alternate weekends
Work independently and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Minimum of 2 years experience in Med/Surg, ER, or Swing Bed
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Skills:
PALS certification
Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals
Premium pay: weekly direct deposit at rates 13% above market average

You hold a current RN license with BLS and ACLS. You have two years Med/Surg, ER, or Swing Bed experience. You can work rotating 12‑hour shifts and alternate weekends.
