The Dialysis Registered Nurse is a highly skilled professional responsible for providing patient-centered care in the Dialysis Unit. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and dialysis needs.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans based on patient response.
• Administer dialysis treatments following prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and document patient responses and vital signs during treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Have current clinical experience in a dialysis setting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.
• Exhibit strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
