Montana Department of Transportation Havre shop is offering a Mechanic Intern position for Fall 2026 (October–December). The intern will assist with maintenance and repair of machinery, lubricate and diagnose equipment, and keep service records while working around class schedules.
Applicants must be enrolled at MSU Northern studying mechanics, machining, welding or fabrication and have at least 30 credit hours by the end of fall 2026. A resume and a cover letter are required for consideration.
