As Highway Vehicle Operators
, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our transportation network. This position involves meticulous operation and coordination of highway vehicles supporting railroad activities, ensuring seamless logistical operations across our expansive rail system. By joining our team as a Clerk, you will become an essential part of BNSF's commitment to delivering goods reliably and safely across the nation, underscoring the critical importance of this role to our railroad's success.

This is a full-time (40hrs/wk)
position, subject to overtime and alternate shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Travel is 35% to 50% of the time.

Training for this position is company-paid on-the-job training.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Operating company trucks, trailers, tractor trailers, and various material-handling equipment, such as forklifts, stackers, and delivery vehicles.
• Maintaining accurate driver logs as required by safety regulations.
• Ordering, receiving, stocking, dispersing, loading, and unloading materials, as well as maintaining necessary documentation.
• Daily work is conducted in a safety sensitive environment where the working conditions can include diverse and extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet), walking and performing work on uneven surfaces, working around loud noises, fumes, and heavy/moving machinery.
