Position: F/T or P/T Office Assistant
Location: East Honolulu

Job Location: Kaimuki

Compensation: $23-26/hour

Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time

Work Schedule: (F/T)
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, (P/T) Monday-Friday 12noon-5pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Support:
    • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
    • Process resident requests, such as maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and general inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate resident records and contact information.
    • Distribute packages and mail to residents.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
    • Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other resident communications.
    • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other building staff to address resident needs.
    • Maintain effective communication with the management team.
    • Assist with the coordination of building events and activities.
    • Maintain the community website, and update any needed information.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer service oriented.
