Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a well‑qualified candidate for a Administrative Assistant position. This position will primarily support the Forge Program Manager and provide Administrative Support for Facilities management as required for personnel actions.
- Provide administrative support to the Forge Program Manager, and provide Administration Support for Facilities management as required for personnel actions.
- Create, maintain, and update excel spreadsheets to track expenses, to include personnel travel administration by Task Order/Technical Direction Letter.
- Create and process SPOT (Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker)/LOA (Letter of Authority) Orders for emergent OCONUS personnel travel.
- Complete and submit monthly CDRL’s as required for contract deliverables.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order material/supplies and research new vendors and suppliers for general office support.
- Maintain corporate contact and specific project personnel lists.
- Perform new hire onboarding, badging and security clearance documentation completion.
Payrate: $38.00 to $41.00 Hourly
Required Qualifications and Experience- Security

. Must be able to obtain and maintain, at minimum, a SECRET security clearance. - U.S. Citizenship required.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills/knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must understand Office 365, SharePoint.
- Candidate should have general knowledge of DoD Contracts.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor, customer oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be a self‑starter and a willingness to be independent to complete diverse work efforts.
