Responsibilities
I.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the executive officer; duties are generally more complex in nature and involve access to confidential information.
• Represents a division and interacts with high level stakeholders; other associated duties may include but are not limited to secretarial activities such as drafting correspondence and memos, scheduling appointments, taking minutes and making travel arrangements, etc.

IV.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A.
EDUCATION:
• Associate's degree or business school graduate required; or two (2) years or administrative/clerical experience may be subsituted for the educational requirement.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• No certification and/or licensure requirement.
C.
EXPERIENCE:
• In addition to the educational requirement, four (4) years of experience as a secretary at an administrative level and/or four (4) years combination of administrative/executive level experience, preferably in a corporate environment; or two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience booking business travel required.
• Prior experience working with trustees, community organizations and with individuals at a high organizational level.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience to demonstrate the following:
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
o Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
o Ability to work under high levels of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
