Position: Reserve Readiness Analyst with Security Clearance
Location: Pearl Harbor

Amentum is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reserve Readiness Analyst to support the Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) Maritime Operations Center (MOC). The successful candidate will assist and provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and program management support to the N4 Reserve Director in executing the Command Reserve Management Program (CRMP). Assists in integrating Navy Reserve personnel into command operations while ensuring readiness, training, mobilization preparedness, and compliance with applicable Navy policies and directives.

The position supports command leadership by facilitating effective management of Reserve personnel and resources in accordance with OPNAVINST 5401.11. You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you:

Essential Responsibilities:

* Create, edit, and maintain a wide range of technical documentation supporting operational and training efforts within the PACFLT MOC. This includes manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and other critical operational materials.
* Execute the day-to-day administration of the Command Reserve Management Program (CRMP), maintaining accurate personnel records, funds approval and allocations, readiness data, and comprehensive program documentation. Actively monitor Reserve personnel assignments, qualifications, training status, and mobilization readiness, leveraging Navy-approved systems to track and report key readiness metrics.
* Prepare critical correspondence, reports, briefings. and command-level documentation required to support executive-level Reserve management.
* Coordinate annual training requirements and assist in the development and maintenance of Reserve training schedules and operational support plans.
* Support the strategic planning and execution of Reserve drills, exercises. and mobilization activities, ensuring robust Reserve participation in command training events.
* Monitor and verify the completion of all mandatory training and operational readiness requirements for assigned personnel.
* Oversee Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI), check-ins, and logistical preparations for staff augmentation during high-level PACFLT exercises.
* Coordinate Reserve manpower requirements, assist with billet management activities, and conduct manpower reviews to provide actionable Reserve staffing recommendations.
* Manage and update key administrative and readiness systems-including Operational Support Plan Additional Drill Execution System (OSPADES), My Navy Assignment (MNA), Reserve Force Management Tools (RFMT), Navy Reserve Orders Writing System (NROWS) in direct support of COMPACFLT and unit mobilization-to-billet requirements.
* Schedule meetings, coordinate travel/training events, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
* Serve as the central liaison regarding Reserve management matters between command personnel, Reserve members and external partners.
* Maintain official correspondence, manage filing systems, and prepare high-level presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, and executive reports.
* Support formal inspections, assessments, audits, and evaluations by maintaining meticulous records required for command readiness assessments.
* Proactively identify and recommend process improvements designed to enhance Reserve integration, streamline workflows, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
* Responsible for producing accurate, timely deliverables including Monthly Reserve Readiness Reports, training/mobilization tracking reports, meeting agendas/minutes, briefing materials, administrative correspondence, and detailed program metrics.
* Perform temporary duty travel at least 15% in support of the CRMP to attend training events, conferences, workshops, site visits, mobilization exercises, readiness assessments, and critical stakeholder meetings.

Note:

All travel is conducted in accordance with Government travel regulations and requires Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) approval.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Military Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics with U.S. Navy MOC and the Department of War (DoW).
* Knowledge of Navy Reserve organization and policies.
* Familiar with the unique staffing footprints required to support Staff
* Familiar with OPNAVINST 5401.11 and Command Reserve Management Program requirement5, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges.
