Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Family Medicine Program Administrator, under the direction and supervision of the Family Medicine Program Director (FMPD), provides administrative and operational leadership for the Family Medicine Residency Program. The Program Administrator is responsible for the administration and coordination of the Family Medicine Residency Program (9 residents) in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Institutional, Common Program, and Family Medicine Program Requirements.

The Program Administrator partners with the FMPD and the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) to ensure continuous accreditation compliance, operational excellence, regulatory readiness, program evaluation, and implementation of Graduate Medical Education (GME) initiatives. The Program Administrator serves as the primary administrative liaison between the residency program, institutional departments, participating training sites, and external regulatory organizations while providing administrative support to faculty, residents, medical students, and institutional leadership.

EDUCATION/

EXPERIENCE:

1. High school diploma or equivalent education required

3. Five years of progressively responsible administrative experience required.

4. Experience in GME, academic medicine, or healthcare administration preferred.

5. Experience coordinating complex administrative projects involving multiple stakeholders preferred.

6. Experience interpreting and implementing regulatory or accreditation requirements preferred.

7. A valid Driver’s License and daily access to an automobile required
