Ford Master Certified Technician

Dealership: L0280 Honolulu Ford. Honolulu Ford is now hiring a Ford Master Certified Technician.

Pay: $35.00 – $60.00 Flat Rate.
Hours: DOE.
Schedule: Full Time.

• Swiftly and accurately perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Execute work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete all work in compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures/results and time per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Prior automotive repair experience preferred.
• ASE and manufacturer certification desired.
• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
