Sales Representative

Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. As a Rental Lot Representative, you will play a key role in managing our fleet's readiness, ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and ready to impress our clients. Your contributions will directly influence our reputation for excellence and our commitment to innovative customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure features function correctly before rental
• Manage vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records of usage and availability
• Coordinate with service staff to facilitate vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ensure the rental lot is organized, clean, and vehicles are properly displayed
• Assist customers during the vehicle check-out and check-in processes
• Document and report any vehicle issues or customer concerns to management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding the handling of vehicles and customer interactions
• Facilitate the smooth running of the fleet by timely coordination of cars ready for rental
