About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, high-integrity Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Hawaii commercial market. You’ll manage client relationships, develop project opportunities, and work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage client relationships in the Hawaii market
  • Conduct site visits and space planning assessments
  • Identify and recommend furniture and storage solutions
  • Guide clients through procurement options and processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and installers
  • Track project timelines and deliverables
  • Stay current on product offerings and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Comfortable traveling locally for site visits and client meetings

Preferred

  • Familiarity with state procurement processes
  • Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors or design & construction background

$55,000.00 + Commission
