Job Description

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the Spa Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

  • Classification:
    Casual
  • Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
  • Pay Rate:
    The hourly rate is $16.00 per hour, plus piece rate per service, plus service charge %, plus voluntary gratuity. Training rate: $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Delight our guests:
    Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
  • Deliver professional spa treatments:
    Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
  • Maintain a spotless environment:
    Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
  • Manage supplies and inventory:
    Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
  • Ensure accurate documentation:
    Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
  • Support daily spa operations:
    Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
