* On-site Job Details Description CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking SOF Exercise Designers to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) headquartered at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. The SOF Exercise Designers provide exercise planning and scenario development. Exercise planning and scenario development is essential for Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Command Post Exercises, Senior Leader Seminars, Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, and Field Training Exercises, to achieve the stated objectives of the commander.
The SOF Exercise Designers conduct front-end analysis by reviewing current operational directives, standing contingency plans, and conceptual approaches. They will create scenarios to stress decision-making, capabilities, joint war fighting functions and address the operational and tactical issues within the Indo-Pacific environment. The designers will contribute to development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) for operations based or complex discussion-based exercises and attend all Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) events.
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. Expected salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 Work Environment:
* Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
* Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
* Ability to work in confined areas.
* Ability to work in remote and rural environments. Physical Demands:
* While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
* Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
* Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

* Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience //OR// 15 years of directly related military experience.
* Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
* Special operations experience.
* Experience in exercise and scenario design and management.
* Experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training.
* Experience with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
* Experience to communication exercise design details with operational level exercise planners, staffs, and commanders; interagency partners, and partner nation exercise planners.
* Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
* Professional proficiency in English is required.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
