PAY RANGE: $17.50 – $19.00 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the 21
CCLC Site Coordinator, this position is primarily concerned with planning, organizing, leading, and supervising physical activity and academic curriculum for children in grades K — 5.

CCLC positions are dependent on the availability of funds and continuation of the 21
CCLC contract. The current contract provides programming for the following three school years , , and ) with the possibility of extension for an additional two years and ).
Skills/Knowledge:
- Requires understanding of child development, group management, group work, program, and communications
- Plans and leads age and developmentally appropriate learning experiences in a classroom or group setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Participates in planning and implementation of special events such as family nights and program activities
- Able to complete mandatory training
- Must be people-oriented
Education/Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certified (training available upon hire)
