Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of eight to thirteen students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.
The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, with a path to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Comprehensive benefits and relocation support are provided.
