We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Manage and coordinate all phases of civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure proper implementation in the field.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budget tracking for assigned projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and design conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to field personnel.
• Monitor and document project costs, schedule variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of bid packages and evaluation of contractor proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction project management or engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or Engineer-in-Training certification preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in civil infrastructure projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Project.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification preferred.
• Experience with roadway, site development, utilities, or grading projects highly desirable.
