Encore Global - Up to $24.03/hour - - Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment to support events.;
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.;
Meet with guests on site to verify needs and ensure equipment is working properly; monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.;
Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and handle equipment changes in a timely, professional manner.;
Complete system entries and paperwork, including equipment sheets and invoicing; assist with floor up-selling and finalizing invoices.
