Marriott Hotels - Up to $30.75/hour - - Responsibilities:
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.;
Secure payment; verify and adjust billing; process payments, vouchers, and related charges.;
Activate and file room keys; manage wake-up calls and relay messages.;
Identify and explain room features; provide directions and information on property amenities and local areas of interest; follow up on outstanding requests.;
Run and review daily reports and logs; complete cashier and closing reports; monitor bank.
