Description:

Suitable for students with basic foundational knowledge and little to no practical experience, ideal for freshmen or sophomores who have completed only introductory courses.

Department

Customer Service

Provides product or service information.

Receives guests requests and complaints in person.

Works on routine customer service assignments using established and   well-defined procedures.  Refers unusual cases to supervisor.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Must be able to resolve guests' concerns in the most courteous and expedient manner possible while staying in accordance with company policy.

Must communicate well while thinking clearly and objectively under all circumstances.

Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required.

No prior work experience required.

Must attach CURRENT Resume and semester schedule (weekly view only).

Work Schedule

4 days TBD, 12:00PM - 4:55PM, 19 hrs

All applicants must be available for an on-site interview at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, HI.

Approximate starting hourly rate:

$14.00 - $16.00

The wage offered could be above or below range based on education and experience as it relates to the job description.
