Teller; Koloa Branch

Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Teller to join our team at our Koloa Branch on Kauai that is robust with career growth and develop men opportunities.

The pay range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary);
Saturdays 8:30AM - 1:30PM on a rotational basis.

As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
