Customer Service Representative

+ Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and solutions

+ Provide accurate information while delivering a friendly, professional experience

+ Resolve issues efficiently using company systems and resources

+ Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly

+ Meet individual and team service goals while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

+ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

+ Ability to stay calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems

+ Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

+ Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Keaau, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
