Teller – Pukalani Branch

Location: Pukalani, HI

Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Rotational Saturdays 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary)

Pay Range: $20.00–$23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus sales incentives

Teller to join Pukalani Branch as the face of the bank, providing exceptional customer service, accurately processing financial transactions, and educating customers on banking products and services. Serves a diverse customer base, from first-time account holders to seasoned investors.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to effectively assist customers
• Educate customers on available banking products and services
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Support branch sales and service goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service and cash handling experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Sales and advisory skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
