About the RoleKamehameha Schools, Hawaii Campus is looking for an experienced High School Math Teacher who has the experience to teach a variety of math classes from Algebra to Calculus. This is a 2‑year Defined Term position that has the potential of converting into a FT Regular role. It will start at the beginning of our 26‑27 SY on 7/30/2026. Defined Term employees are eligible for Medical/Rx/Vision benefits as well as our matching 401k.
DesiredQualifications
- Bachelor's in Math (advanced degree or HI state certification in math a plus).
- 3+ years of experience teaching math at the High School level.
- Cultural competencies; the ability to incorporate cultural concepts (‘ike Hawaii) into teachings.
- Competency‑Based Learning experience a plus.
