Skills Needed: Requirements:
Ability to adapt to an environment such as exposure to heat, dust, humidity, rain, sun, and wind.
Ability to handle equipment and operational noise levels exceeding 85 decibels, powered vehicle exhaust, paint fumes.
Must be a U. S. citizen to gain access to BAE controlled work sites.
Ability to ad to various federal/state/local safety regulations, and equipment used.
All candidates must submit to and pass a post-offer drug screening, and qualify for a Rapid Gate ID card (company expense).  Failure to complete any of these steps will result in disqualification.
Candidates must have access to reliable transportation to get to work and other job sites on time for start of shift.
Candidates must be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
