We are in search of a diligent Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an Accounting Manager/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of payroll responsibilities for a diverse team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Manage and update accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Perform regular bank reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and other related tasks to maintain financial integrity.

• Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting financial data.

• Generate accurate and detailed reports on financial activity and trends.

• Handle regular data entry tasks and uphold data integrity across all accounting systems.

• Supervise the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

• Manage daily sales sheets and cash reports, providing accurate and up-to-date financial information.

• Maintain effective communication with vendors and manage procurement of orders.

• Utilize Point of Sales system - TOAST - to manage financial operations across two entities.

• Undertake any other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth running of the financial department.
