Four Seasons - 3900 Wailea Alanui Drive - Responsibilities:
Welcome and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations, check guests in and out of the Spa.;
Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize the productivity of the spa and fairness to the therapist.;
Orient guests and give personalized tours of entire spa facility.;
Assist in the reconciliation of charges originating from the Spa including cash handling and hotel posting procedures.;
Understand, effectively communicate and book/sell Spa services and products; including but not limited to massage, facials, specialty treatments, Salon, personal training and retail products utilizing computer systems as necessary.
