Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist

You will provide exceptional hair care services while creating a warm, relaxing, and memorable experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

• Provide luxury hair services, including haircuts, blowouts, styling, conditioning treatments, and color services (if applicable and licensed).
• Consult with members and guests to recommend hairstyles, treatments, and retail products based on their individual hair type, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Nail services if applicable.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation in accordance with Hawaiʻi State Board regulations and spa standards.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and styling stations are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating member preferences and ensuring a premium salon experience.
• Promote professional retail hair care products and additional spa and wellness services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the Spa team regarding guest preferences and scheduling.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.
• Support the overall success of the Spa & Wellness department through teamwork, professionalism, and genuine aloha.

• Current Hawaiʻi State Cosmetology license required.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, private club, salon, or upscale spa preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, color services, hair treatments, sanitation practices, and current industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
