• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - East Region.

Unit / Facility Details: This is a small critical access hospital with no separate units. RN’s cover all areas.

Special Requests: References must be from the 2 most recent places of employment.

Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.

6x12 shifts in a two-week period with every 3rd weekend off.

Holiday Coverage:

If assigned to the ER and there are no patients, RN will provide backup in the acute and LTC areas.

If assigned to meds, RN will need to pass meds and do procedures for LTC and acute patients.

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
