In this role, you’ll deliver foundational and advanced physical therapy services with a focus on comprehensive patient assessment, individualized treatment planning, and measurable functional restoration. Core responsibilities include performing thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations, designing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans, guiding therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular retraining, facilitating gait and balance training, applying manual therapy techniques, utilizing aquatic therapy when appropriate, and integrating assistive devices for mobility and safety.
