Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Hawaii, requiring ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities- Rural hospital setting requiring competency across all three ultrasound modalities:
General, Vascular, and Echocardiography - Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
- Flexible scheduling is required
- On-call candidates must reside within 20 minutes of the facility
- Candidates must be available to work at two hospital locations
- Performs General, Vascular, and Echo studies across all modalities
- Two-day orientation includes HR onboarding, safety orientation, risk and quality management, compliance training, and EMR training on day two
- First day of orientation begins at 10:00 AM
- Candidates must not apply unless they meet all certification and experience requirements across all three modalities
- Minimum of 3 years of ultrasound experience
- ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography — all three specialties required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Must be able to work independently and handle overtime as needed
- Active state license required if applicable
