Negotiable based on the FTE

The pharmacist will dispense medications, manage inventory, maintain accurate records, provide medication counseling, and perform related duties under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The position requires regular travel to other facilities within the region and operates on a 7‑day coverage schedule.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a baccalaureate or Pharm D degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum five (5) years of full‑time work experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• Minimum five (5) years of retail pharmacy work experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of 340B experience, including at least one (1) year gained within the last twelve (12) months.
• An active and unencumbered license to practice as a pharmacist in the State of Hawai‘i.
• A current State of Hawai‘i type #3 driver's license is preferred.
• No certification is required.

Applicants must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. and intend to reside in the State of Hawai‘i during employment.
