Job Summary
Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in SNF, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Location: Honokaa, HI
Job Type: Travel Contract (13 Weeks)
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Active Hawaii PT License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 6 months of PT experience
- SNF, Acute Care, Rehab Hospital, or Outpatient experience preferred
