Physical Therapist
Description:
HI PT LICENSE in hand (no pending), BLS, At least 1 year of acute care experience (within the last 5 years)
Shift: 8:00 – 4:30 pm, one weekend day assigned at Maui Memorial Medical Center, occasional requirement to travel to Kihei location for screens or f/u care for LTC patients.
Qualification - Assessment
Must Have
License & Certifications
AHA;
American Red Cross;
Canadian Heart and Stroke;
Military Training Network only. Online cards not acceptable.
*** Expiration date on the card is the date that is to be honored. No grace period through end of the month if card has exact date of expiration noted**
* *** MAUI Health System (MHS) *** - All specialities. AHA only Front and Back signed.
