$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. 40 hr GTD — 4x9s plus 4 hours on Saturdays

Outpatient clinic setting

Pelvic PT experience required

Pelvic health evaluations and treatment

Internal pelvic floor examination and treatment

Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation

Urinary, bowel dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse

13-week assignment with possible extension
