Description:

American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with an active Hawaii SLP license and at least 1 year of recent experience for a 14-week hospital-based travel assignment in Kula, HI.

Hospital setting located in Kula, Hawaii

8-hour day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends

40 hours per week

Epic EMR is used at this facility

• Active Hawaii SLP license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience within the last 3 years
• Active licenses and certifications required at time of consideration — pending credentials are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Local candidates are welcome to apply, as the local rate is the same as the travel rate

Candidates who have worked at this facility as a contingent worker may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break — this applies regardless of whether work was continuous or completed across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
