Job SummaryTLC Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team in Hawaii. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who can collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical records
- A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.)
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current TB test
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Must Live on the Big Island
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour
