As a BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services within a school setting, creating meaningful progress for children while collaborating with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole‑child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high‑quality ABA services at every touchpoint
