Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure arrangements are agreeable.;
Read and analyze banquet event orders to determine setup, timeline, guest needs, and station requirements.;
Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements; follow up to ensure compliance.;
Welcome guests, address service needs, maintain professional appearance, and uphold Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.;
Coordinate with team to maintain safety, adherence to quality standards, and perform other duties as assigned.
