Spa Supervisor

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. • Lead and supervise the spa resort hosts and spa attendant teams
• Ensure daily operations are seamless for guests and associates
• Supervise and oversee spa membership program for weekly, monthly and annual programs
• Revenue coordination and operations management to ensure spa reservations are maximized
• Associate ambassador for special requests
• Assistin setting goal based incentives for spa operations staff
• Supervise spa payroll and time off requests as necessary

Hourly Rate Starts at $23. Decisions regarding individual salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• Spa experience 2-3 years preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
