Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. The Spa Supervisor will lead and supervise the spa resort hosts and spa attendant teams, ensuring daily operations are seamless for guests and associates, overseeing the spa membership program, coordinating revenue and operations to maximize spa reservations, acting as associate ambassador for special requests, assisting in setting goal‑based incentives for spa operations staff, and supervising spa payroll and time‑off requests as necessary.

• Lead and supervise the spa resort hosts and spa attendant teams.
• Ensure daily operations are seamless for guests and associates.
• Supervise and oversee the spa membership program for weekly, monthly and annual programs.
• Coordinate revenue and manage operations to maximize spa reservations.
• Act as associate ambassador for special requests.
• Assist in setting goal‑based incentives for spa operations staff.
• Supervise spa payroll and time‑off requests as necessary.

• 2–3 years of spa experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate Starts at $23. Decisions regarding individual salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications.
